Privacy policy
QuebecTaux is a static site with no accounts and no database. A single form, the contact request, collects information, and only if you send it.
What the site does not collect
No user accounts. The calculators run in your browser: the amounts you type are sent to no one, unless you choose to have a result checked by sending a contact request.
The site does not sell or rent any information.
The contact request
If you send the “Talk to a broker” form, we receive: your first name, your email, your phone number (optional), the area and need you chose, your timing, the page you wrote from and, where relevant, the calculator figures you want checked. Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and click “Send”.
This information is used only to answer your request. It is sent by email to a Quebec broker, who answers you. The site does not keep it in any database.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the officer below.
Technical logs
The host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed to run and secure the service. They are not used to build a profile.
